HOW DO I REQUEST A FREE ESTIMATE FROM OLSEN ROOFING?

On our Home Page you can click the Contact Us link. Complete the form and be sure to include any additional information we might need under the "Comments" section. It is not necessary for you to be home when we do your estimate if we can gain access to your property without assistance. However, if you want a specific appointment time, please indicate the dates and times that work best for you and we will call to confirm an appointment. Our estimators schedule their appointments between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Estimates are prepared at your home and mailed, e-mailed or faxed to you.

WHAT TYPES OF ROOFING DOES OLSEN ROOFING INSTALL?

We install most types of roofing including asphalt (composition) shingles, concrete and clay tile and metal roofing.

HOW WILL OLSEN ROOFING HELP ME CHOOSE THE RIGHT MATERIALS FOR MY ROOF?

HOW MUCH WILL THE ROOFING PROCESS DISRUPT MY NORMAL ROUTINE?

While it is true that the roofing process is disruptive, we work hard to minimize the impact on you and your family. But for few days, and a little help from Mother Nature, your home does become a construction jobsite. Before we begin work on your home, we will send you a letter outlining the things you can do to prepare for our arrival. The Owner will be onsite during all phases of the reroof, so you can relax and we'll take it from here.

IS IT NECESSARY TO TEAR OFF MY OLD ROOF?

In many Florida counties, you are allowed to have up to two layers of roofing on your home. We consider it best practice to tear off all old roofing if possible so we can inspect the decking underneath. If you elect not to do this, it is acceptable to roof over the previous roof as long as the new roof is not a 3rd layer. Depending on what materials were used in the old layers of roofing, it is sometimes impossible to install a new roof over the old. The appearance would be less than acceptable.

WILL OLSEN ROOFING SUBCONTRACT MY JOB?

We do not subcontract our work. Our roofer installers are employed by our company, covered by our insurance, drive company vehicles, wear company uniforms and abide by Olsen Roofing Company standards. This sets us apart from many other roofing companies who pay their employees on a piecework basis. We feel our method allows us the ability to monitor and manage your job in a more efficient way.

WHAT ARE OLSEN ROOFING'S PAYMENT TERMS?

We do not ask for any prepayment. You will be billed upon completion of your job. Your payment is due upon receipt of your invoice.
